Important Update: Late Fee & Account Termination Policy

Dear Valued Customer,
We are writing to inform you of an important update to our payment and renewal policy, effective immediately.
To ensure the continuity and quality of service, an automatic late payment fee will now be applied to all accounts where the renewal payment is not received by the scheduled due date. This fee will be added the day after your renewal deadline.
Late Fee Structure:
- Basic Package: Rs. 500
- Business Package: Rs. 1,000
- Corporate Package: Rs. 1,500
- Corporate Plus Package: Rs. 2,000
Important: Service Suspension & Termination
Please be advised of our updated policy regarding overdue accounts:
- Suspension: If payment is not received by the due date, your service will be suspended immediately.
- Termination: If the account remains unpaid for 7 days after suspension, the account will be permanently terminated from our servers.
- Data Loss: efuzone will not be held responsible for any data loss resulting from account termination due to non-payment.
- Data Recovery: In the event that you require data recovery after termination, an additional Recovery Fee of Rs. 2,500 will be charged (subject to data availability).
We encourage all our customers to ensure timely payment of their renewal invoices to avoid these charges and to prevent any permanent loss of data.
